My comment: Luna & I tried running it with everyone getting the mission & following along on our Pinnacle Static Team & it was somewhat screwed up - not everyone's missions were completing & I didn't want that hassle again.
Luna's follow-up comment: Today's patch *might* fix it, but I haven't read the patch notes. It is majorly broken on live. At least with Ouro you'll all be on just one instance of the mission. It's failed to auto complete on multiple times for me.
It is more of a convenience thing really, there are a few talks, through ouro, only one person needs to talk rather than making sure everyone gets the next part of the mission, etc.

I am about 15 Vangaurd merits short of getting the grey matter I need to make
