Missions spawning in new DA

Are they sending you to the newly revamped zone or the the one accessible via orub.
Also is this a new mission or did you have it or possibly just the arc before I22 was released.
Mind of Gaia lvl 50 Defiant's first Mind/Storm 'troller.

and lots more on Pinnacle,Union and Defiant
yeah I've had a tip mission I accessed on Peregrine direct me to the current Dark Astoria so far

Maybe Dark Astoria is still on the "city zones" list instead of being taken off the lsit for things that randomly choose a city zone.
I have had a few missions from contacts outside of DA taking me in there. Way back in the back of the zone too. I have died a couple times because of it. Is this an intended change?
