Dark Astoria and Echo:Dark Astoria Beacons Not Showing Up

Swapped out to a new toon and found the sliding bar that showed me the rest of my beacons. I didn't see it on the other toon that's on a different account.

i have the echo of dark astoria..then promptly went to dark astoria...collected every exploration badge on the map...an no beacon appeared...the long and short of it is...well, i really have no idea...but the images show up on the pocket d beacon now...so i guess that's a plus...sort of...

My guess is that it may have something to do with why the servers went down. Either way relogging after a brief period of time always seems to flush things out.
