I won't be scared until scientist develop some sort of large carnivorous carbon based life form that could live off of eating humans and actually ran faster than us!

I'd be more worried about 'Grey Goo' personally, as oppossed to giant machines. It'd be the micro ones that wipe us out Creeper style.

They feed off carbon in order to replicate... yeah, that sounds like a good plan.
