Did the fixes to /Dark make it to live?
I don't think these or the final gravity changes (DS phasing allies, KD in Propel) made it into beta before I22 went live. I guess we'll probably see them in a patch or two.
I believe the recharge should be 210 seconds base, and the defense should be around 9.375% base. Well, I think so anyway. I'm sure about the recharge because Synapse said so. The defense he said was "half what it had been" which, if its half of what Paragon Wiki had earlier, it would be half of 18.75%.

Last I'd heard, /Dark Affinity was getting two fixes to Fade and Soul Absorption - Fade was supposed to be getting a longer duration, and Soul Absorption was supposed to get a bigger up-front bonus from the first target, along with targeting living enemies as well.
However, looking at the power details in the character creator, I feel like I'm seeing the old versions of those two powers.
Did the changes make it to live? Or are they coming in a future patch?
