If they're going to be for sale in the store it won't be today. I checked before the maintenance began and the new items were the cosmetic disc power and the vast array of "eh" rare sets.
Aye dont think [if they ever will] they will be in the store so soon into i22. I'll be happy if they just stay as a rare drop personally!

Dunno about the Paragon Market, but converters will be for sale in-game via reward tokens and astral merits, plus a chunk of inf.
