Has this always been needed? If so, I'm trying to figure out how I opted in with 4 accounts (2 full accounts, 2 trials). For a while, I was getting 4 copies of every NC email. Now it's down to 2, but still a little annoying. I would like to just receive one.

I had my RoadRunner e-mail account on my NCSoft account and decided to change it to a Hotmail address I use specifically for gaming.

After years of not getting any CoX e-mails, I got the I22 one and the Flying Disc one last week.

Anyone else have theirs going to a yahoo e-mail address because at one time I got them, then they stopped years ago and any attempt to restart them to that address has failed for me (changing the target e-mail address in my account and then change it back to my yahoo one).

It doesn't even show up in spam so I can't tell yahoo it's not.

Have always used Yahoo for this. Recap of my previous posting about this:
- Use to get emails till either '08 or '09 Spring Event, then they just stopped
- Never had a problem with support emails
- Last week I got 2 Issue 22 emails out of the blue. I've made no changes to anything in my account for well over a year.

I still get the "your master account was accessed from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" mail when I check my account info at my yahoo address but I still don't get any of the normal CoH mail.
