Ok fixed the error codes now getting back to problem #1 how do I get back to the old launcher
Um, you didn't need to install anything. There is only one client for the game. The only thing you needed to do to have GR marked on your account was used the CD Key code to upgrade your account via the NCSOFT master account page.
You can go to your NCSoft page, to your account for City of Heroes, and download the NCSoft launcher from there.

so how do I fix it un-install every thing? Or will that mess it up?
It's probably be best to delete everything. You could try just pointing the NCSoft Launcher where you have it installed, and it might work fine, but I'm not sure.

I *THINK* your concern is that you might lose previous information like character progress. This can not happen. Your characters are not saved on your computer; they are on the NCSoft servers.

Ok let me re-word it. So I downloaded the game off the website, launcher and every thing worked fine, now I installed Rogue and now my launcher/game is messed up some times it says error and takes me to the loading screen (the 2003-2009 original 1) Not freddom 1 and now It wont let me log in it just frezes.
Installing from a different disk does not give your account any features, by the way. Your account is totally separate from your installation. So, installing from a GR disk does not give you GR features, and going back to your previous installation (which was more up-to-date) will not remove any features. You get the GR features by applying the relevant code to your account, not by installing from the disk.
It sounds like you're trying to run the old launcher, or maybe tried to install the old version of the game over the new version? That won't work, and sounds like a recipe for disaster. You need the updated version of the game; the old launcher was deprecated some time ago.

The old launcher doesnt work anymore.
Alo, keep in mind, your characters and such are saved on NC's server, so you cant lose anything by reinstalling aside from time.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

whatever image you tried to post isn't showing...
it sounds like you had the game client installed, then tried to install again off of your going rogue disk, which screwed up the game. I'd suggest uninstalling EVERYTHING related to the game at this point, uninstall Going Rogue, uninstall the game client, etc to start with... then do the following:
- Log into your NCSoft account
- Download and install the NC Launcher (game client)
- once installed, go back into your NC account and select "add a serial code"
- enter the serial code supplied from your Going Rogue game manual
- log into game and enjoy

So during the Q&A: on friday I ask coh if it was ok to install the disk version of city of heroes going Rogue, and he said it was fine and now when I open up the launcher sais (it you need to update it and takes me to a broken link) and when it opens I get city of heroes old 2004-2009 (it freezes after that) launcher please can some one help me fix it so I can get back the old freedom launcher, with out loosing my s Rouge stuff please some 1 help me. =(.
