First Ward: Which contact arc I need to play to fight Sorcerer Selene?

I searched Paragonwiki and looked under each contact for the First Ward. No mention of Selene. Also, nothing in Paragonwiki about Selene.... where did you get the name?
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
I believe it's Sorceress SeRene, actually. I remember she appears in Vanessa's arc, possibly before that. Diabolique first appears in Cerulean's arc, I think?
If you didn't see either of them, you didn't finish First Ward.
Edit: And last I checked, Paragonwiki is missing a lot of info on the First Ward contacts.

Vanessa DeVore is the final First Ward contact and the Finale to her arc has you fighting Serene as an Elite Boss.
Go to Ouroboros, you can do every First Ward arc and they're numbered to help you with the order.
In your opinion, what is the best level to start running First Ward?
I've only ever visited with characters over level 30, but would like to go there next time I'm at the right range.

Actually, that doesn't factor in Patrol XP, but still, you WILL gain some levels there. My recommendation is go before 25, especially if you team it or run higher than base difficulty, or be prepared to shut off XP at some point.
