Sepia/b&w AE Missions
The one problem (and I use the term loosely) is that people have the option, IIRC, to disable that - so if you're planning on using it for "atmosphere," not everyone may see it.
Of course, if you're making them just for you - not an issue.
Wanted: Origin centric story arcs.
If you've only played an AT once (one set combo) and "hate" it - don't give up. Roll a different combo. It may just be those sets not clicking for you.
Sounds like a nice idea.
I've always felt we could use more full-screen effects like this. Remember those old negative red-scale liquid tanks in Arachnos bases? Imagine that over the whole screen. Sure, it'd be kind of hard to see, but if it's used for just a short amount of time, like when you get hit with a control effect, then it might be a cool idea.

Unfortunately this would require the devs to take time off the new shiny and go back to something older to add more to it, and we know how often they do that. Which is a shame, cause this is a cool idea.

I support this idea. I love film noir and would like to see what those who actually use AE as intended could do with it.

@Inquisitor
With the tech already in game to cause the map to go sepia/b&W at the beginning and end of missions in Ouroboros flashbacks, would it be possible to port it over so we have the option to do AE missions in sepia/B&W?
I for one would love to be able to make film noir-esque style AE arcs where missions would be in sepia/b&w. They'd be perfect for my monologuing 1940's detective :P Or perhaps a mission where you have to travel back in time, or a dream, so you can distinguish between what's present and what's not.
If not the entire mission/arc then perhaps have the option to fade in / fade out to sepia at the beginning and end of the missions as in Ouroboros?
