If you had CoF, I would argue that Vigor Radial is superior to Cardiac for Dark Armor but it still might be the right way to go because of all of your Kin Coms. Accuracy and healing will help you deal with the low acc of Kin Combats and running OG when surrounded. The end costs are the exact same as Cardiac Radial, so maybe you are going for the Core 45%?

Hrm that is a thought...I just realized I put the kb chance in OG and that is probably not very productive, then again I may not even use it much...wonder what I can do with CoF and those slots...But then CoF is a bigger end drain...or possibly some different slotting elsewhere...I could mule more Kin combats into brawl possibly. Or maybe 6 slot Siphon Insight, or Cloud Senses might actually be better, into CoF.
Your thinking I might not have enough acc in my build? Mainly for the ST attacks?

I also forgot to mention the order and selection of powers and slots wasn't done as a respec so those may change.
I've have been fiddling with this build myself for the last few days. And didnt think anyone would really go this route with all the fire armour characters running around. I thought it would be something different anyway i'll leave the build i made, for you to look at keep in mind i went for as much defense in energy and negative energy as possiblle because its my Itrial toon. and i know the absolute amazements and pancea will take time to get lol but i put them in because i want them :-). Hope this helps also the hecatomb set is supposed to be crushing impacts just realised.

Hrm...my build is arguably better...you don't have the ff +rech proc in Whirling Smash...that's a no-no :P ntm no purples in my build...but that doesn't make it cheap lol
Also my end cost vs recovery is much much better. You'll be sucking wind in no time.
Here it is with CoF instead of OG. Definitely not as end friendly.

I took it a different direction, namely positional defense rather than typed. Defensive Sweep buffs melee and smashing (but not lethal) so I think something like this may suit the sets better. That said, the build still needs some work (more recovery would be nice, I think you'll be stuck going with one of the end reducing alphas regardless). Threw this together quickly, I'm sure there are improvements to be made, but it should give you an idea of what I had in mind. 12 pts -kb, 41% melee (with 1 Defensive Sweep) / 36% ranged / 36% aoe.

Recovery on that build is the biggest issue, imo. Mids doesn't account for the pshifter procs, so another .6ish for recovery; it's still not enough.
Like I said, it was just a rough draft to show a different direction. I haven't played TW, so I don't know how necessary all those attacks are, or which can be skipped, if any. Dropping an attack or two would give the build a lot more slots to play with, as well as enable you to pick up taunt again.
As to the toggles, I run all of those plus OG on my ma/da scrap. With just a stun IO in the base slot of soul transfer, I find that the stun time is plenty to get my toggles back up.

Yes. Get Barrier, rez, push barrier, leisurely deal with toggles/attacks/whatever.

I'm actually hopin to switch from t4 Cardiac(45% end redux one) into musculature...I did a lot of end chasing in my build...yes defenses suffered but it's actually got semi-decent numbers across the board. Alternately I could keep cardiac and lose some slots here and there to go more positional...it bears some thought...
I will say the fury proc is pure sweetness in defensive sweep since it recharges so fast it's filler for just about any attack chain
I would really like to go for positional mainly but it seems like you need to make a LOT of sacrifices to get there...and admittedly I'm still learning...mids, the sets, and itrials.

Ok here's another one...much Imp Proved if I do say so myself lol if anyone sees any tweaks I missed lemme know One defensive sweep will net me 17+% melee and smashing defense as far as I can tell.
I just can't decide on Musculature Radial Paragon or Vigor Radial Paragon...I am leaning twards Vigor for the +acc...I am also unsure about the slotting for my end mod stuff...stamina, physical perfection, and superior conditioning...or if i can get away with dropping energy mastery for something else. Again this is heavily edited and not done as a level up/respec. I am also pretty sure i won't be running OG and CoF all the time or together or at all lol
I also just realized I may need one more kb protection or I may be wasting a slot on the second one...

Here's an option for a softcapped build with taunt and soul transfer. It has problems, which I would suggest fixing before using, namely that it is expensive (PvP proc, but no purples). Endurance shouldn't be an issue because it is set up so that you won't need barrier (45% R/A, enough melee for defensive sweep) and it has a net 2.06 recovery. Personally, I would probably go for a more expensive build with more recharge (hasten and LotG procs are optional if you don't want them, and would give you slots to spare if you wanted other things).

Ok...First off thanks Combat for a build I could work with I will prob rearrange things a bit to take better advantage of lower level set bonuses while exeplared.
Thank you to everyone else who tried to help me, it's much appreciated as well
Here's what I have based off Combats Build which I think will be highly workable with either Vigor or Musculature.
I sacrificed some small amounts of defense(to me) for greatly improved end management and various useful set bonuses. I also plan to use copious amounts of enhancement boosters as I have a sizable stack.

How do you not run out of end on Dark Armor?
My Elec Armor toon recovers 2.24eps where you get 2.33eps but I have to use Power Sink a lot.

And yes, more recharge = more burn. For instance, Whirling Smash burns about 1 eps with no enhancement, but adding in 300% of recharge (100% from enhancement, 200% from agility + set bonuses) will quadruple that to 4 eps before endurance reduction.
TW/Elec Optimization
With this newest build without accolades or incarnates end recovery is 3.43/s and usage 1.69/s, not running tough, so end should be manageable I think...I've been rolling barrier but with ageless could probably roll any alpha I wanted and not have too many issues even on a farm.
I'm still thinking vigor might be my best bet for the acc...missing is wasted end and thats all bad hehe Also agility is lookin mighty tasty too decisions decisions.
Using Ageless as the destiny basically eliminates endurance problems, as it gives a base +100% to recovery, equivalent to 1.67 eps before adding in +end powers. For half of the duration, it will give at least double that. Usually, that is more than enough to cover any end problems (most builds have between 2 and 3 eps after toggles, so this will essentially double your net endurance recovery).

Accuracy is pretty low in defensive sweep... It needs to hit to buff your defense. Acc is low in death shroud, as well. Low accuracy in a dmg aura will screw with your streakbreaker in unhappy ways.
Two slotted Stamina and 3 slotted PP? Swap those.
Maneuvers, weave, and CoD all offer the same base defense. Maneuvers uses the most end, CoD the least. It makes more sense to use more slots in maneuvers for additional end redux.
You might consider Vigor for alpha: heal, endredux, and accuracy.
4 pts of kb protection wouldn't be enough for me on a melee toon, you're going to get ragdolled around a bit (for example, an exploding dead ACU will knock you down...)
Ohh nice catches...I made some changes in the IO selections, and slots, and added the extra kb protection back in.
As far as Alpha I'm honestly torn lol I know I should prob go with the acc from Vigor...but Agility also looks nice for recovery/recharge/def buffs

It's time to respec Imp Pervious and this is the best I have come up with so far...He's currently at t3 Cardiac Alpha, t2 Ion Judgement and t3 cims for lore.
I am lookin for advice from the Masters...I'm about to respec to this unless someone can suggest any Imp Provements :P
As far as power selections I'm willing to lose Follow Through and/or possibly Titan Sweep but most of the others are locked in unless someone can blow my mind with something I missed. Either way its an improvement from his current build in functionality, for my play style, and in defense numbers.
What do I do? Well I help friends level up often...I run AE a lot, mostly at +2x8 though with my current weaker build can do +4x8 with a death here and there mostly due to me...and not my build :P And well obviously I do Incarnate Trials and am hoping this will be good for those as well.
*edit* Yes I don't have a travel power and I'm ok with that. between Ninja Run, Prestige Sprints, and whatnot I dont have any problems getting around. You may even notice there are a few movement boosts in there hehe
