Unai Kemen after switching alignments

So, I just recently switched alignments from Villain to Hero. How can I get Unai Kemen as a contact? He just told me to talk to Percy Winkley in Croatoa, which doesn't seem right.

radio missions + safeguard, you'll get introduced to him eventually, all the peregrine folks bunch up pretty fast

Once you've got at least one Peregrine Island contact, run a few missions from them. They give new contacts after 1-3 missions usually, which is a lot quicker than radio missions. You may have to go through several before the Random Number Generator gives you the one you want.

Also, try hitting the "Find Contacts" button on your Contacts list, and scrolling to the end of the list. There's always one "standard" contact for your level range on that list, but I forget who the 45-50 Hero one is.
