Weekly All VEAT event

Since i made my Crab Spider Nephila in 2010, it seems like the VEATs are making a comeback.

Yes, we are a welcome force on any team and league, but imagine this...
an 8 (wo)man team filled with just VEATs!
Imagine the carnage, the buffs and the fun!

So, without further hesitation, i am glad to announce:

Our 1st Weekly All VEAT Event (W.A.V.E.) officially planned for February 4th 2012 at 6pm PST/ 9 pm EST!

1st up 'The Fire and the Flames' by Mortimer Kal in Sharkhead Island, level 20-40.

Great idea, Neph. I'll check with the wife to ensure we don't have any obligations that night. If we don't, and you have room, I'd love to join this with my Fortunata: Major Turmoil.

Sounds like fun! Unless something comes up, I should be able to bring Huntswoman Emmanate out for Mort.

btw, so you all know....
This event is open for all alignments, however the actual TF/SF picked that might prevent that Heroes or villains can join fun.

1st W.A.V.E. was a great success! Thank you all for coming out.

We had people coming an hour early, just to get a spot.
So to make sure people didn't just show early for a short SF, i decided to do a 2nd SF after that. Since all 8 were level 50, i asked what people thought of doing the Lord Recluse Strike Force after doing Morty... the response was positive.

Ok, since i had some feedback regarding last event, i'm thinking about this:

Spring Fling Event, missions....

Widow in Red

Ms. Liberty (Heroes) and Arbiter Hawk (Villains) have recruited you for a secret mission involving the infamous Red Widow, Lord Recluse's long-deceased love. This mission is available for characters level 30 or higher, and awards the Widow Maker badge for completion!

Looks very fun. Hate I missed the last run. My huntsman or fort would have loved this.

Well, the Valenti's Content W.A.V.E. was so so.
Not because of the interest, but because of several restrictions we faced content wise.
My original plan was to do the small story arc's, but when it was clear that only the mission holder would get the badge i decided to try and get everyone attuned so they could get the V-Tips... and that didn't go as planned.

However, we still had fun doing the things we did, and i'm looking forward to the next W.A.V.E., which i'm sure to be a blast!

I have had several requests do do the ITF, and if more people want to do it, who am i to say no?

I have a feeling that this will be popular, so i'll run at least two ITF's that day so all can join the fun.

This means however we'll have sign up's.
1st Run will be Saturday at 5:30pm PST/ 8:30pm EST, please make sure to be there at least 10-15 minutes early. If you are not there at the starting time without notice, your spot will be handed out to people who are there and waiting. You will be the next inline for the next run, if there is an open spot. I hope people understand this.

2nd run will be 5-10 minutes after the 1st run ended, aprox 6:30pm PST/ 9:30pm EST (Subject to change depending on 1st run)

ITF Requirements:
-Level 35 and up.
-Access to Cimeroroa through the Midnighter Club:
Technically, the Midnighter Club has no minimum entry level. However, it does require the Midnight Squad Badge.
Heroes earn the badge by running the Montague Castanella Story Arc given inside the University in Steel Canyon. Montague only gives the arc to Heroes of at least Level 10.
Villains earn the badge by running the Midnight's Hand arc from Ashley McKnight in Cap au Diable. Ashley only gives the arc to Villains of at least Level 30.

Been a bit quiet on here, so here some updates regarding the last two events:

Last Week: ITF
Had two full teams. It was such a blast and pretty easy.


Yesterday:
Didn't really plan anything, thought a simple ITF since people liked it.. till someone mentioned a Rikti Raid.
Since i did lead numerous Raids for the DT back in the day, i thought what the heck, let's do it.

Outcome? over 30 VEATs, 4 full teams, lotta dead rikti and even more fun!
