I think she got an appearance update shortly before that wallpaper was made but I could be wrong.

There's a wallpaper of Desdemona featuring a woman with purple hair. I ran several forum searches but came up empty.
Who is this stranger with purple hair? Obviously she's a new Signature character, but I can't seem to locate her story. Could someone point me in the right direction?
