Costumes Locked?

I have a few characters with locked costumes. Is it because items on them are no longer given for free? Or just plain no longer at the tailor?

Some costume pieces are free only with a VIP subscription - the IDF/Defense pieces, for example. If you've recently gone Premium, that could be the issue.

The more common source of this problem is that some categories and such have been shuffled around in the costume creator, so your costume pieces still exist and are accessible, but you'll need to re-select them from wherever they're found now if you want to change the costume.

Well I'm full access, so the later would be it. Thanks...Just noticed today, haven't been playing so much lately. Once again thanks

Even if you're VIP, there's still some costumes you need to buy first to unlock.

And, occasionally, the game Forgets what you've purchased. Usually it remembers later, within a day, but you may have to submit a trouble-ticket.

Most of the time all you need to do is log out and back in to fix it. Sometimes even just going to the server select screen will fix it.

Some of my toons are also locked because of changes they have made have resulted in the original costumes been shown incorrect. Like skirts twisted around 180 degrees, tops on back the front, invisible weapons etc.

The few toons that this has happen to me I have kept (I just don't attempt to alter that costume slot), a couple of them actually look quite good with the incorrect graphics.

What I'm not quite sure about is if other players see the incorrect graphics the same way I do, or if they look correct for them.
