Help needed for Elec/Elec blaster
for an elec/elec I'd build for sm/leth defense. which means Cold Mastery or Mace Mastery.
sprinkle some Kin Combats/Rectified Reticles on top of some Weave/Manuevers and yer good to go
perma jump is ---> /up 1
I went for ranged defense on my E^3 blaster.
also you may not want to copy this exactly since I have incarnate abilities to help me not die from my 6 toggles.

I made this unnecessarily long post about Elec Blast in this thread at some point, and the search is not letting me find it. I really wish I could because you have the best tool in /Elec to compliment Elec Blast primary. Without Power Sink, a lot of Blasters have to wait on the recharge of Short Circuit to fully sap many mobs, but you can chain the two together and get it done in seconds. I'd definitely still build for defense, but I would go for Ranged because it will benefit you in a wider range of high level content and enemies in melee with you should be effectively drained of their endurance anyways.
