Tracer badge progress, on a villain - bugged?

I've checked and rechecked, but there's no sign of my Sorceror defeats on my badge list. Is this a bug anyone else has encountered? I've gone ahead and /bugged it but I'm leery of hunting these guys down redside, where they are few, if they're not even counting.

There shouldn't be a problem, that I know of.

Finally got the badge after many a roundabout in St. Martial. The progress bar was never visible... So this was definitely a bug for me.

I had the same problem a long time ago. I BELIEVE the bug is that sorcerers above level 30 won't trigger the bar. You have to kill a lower-level sorcerer (I went to Bloody Bay) to get the bar to show up; after that it will work properly.

This was a long time ago, but I think that's how it worked.
