did i lose my loyalty reward?

i had planned to keep my sub so i could get the salute to statesman loyalty rewards but i got an email today saying i lost my VIP sub. i resubbed about an hour ago but id like to know if im ineligible for that reward or not now. from what ive been reading and recall from previous loyalty programs i think i should be alright but im not 100% certain.

i thought my sub ran out on the 14th or so and figured id be ok but i guess i thought wrong on that lol

If your sub ran out the same day that you re-subscribed, I think you are ok. If it was like two or three days before you re-subscribed, I'm afraid you may be out of luck.

Correct. The previous loyalty program (for the Vanguard items) counted your subscription as uninterrupted as long as you were subscribed during any part of each day. This was confirmed by a redname.

I have not seen any information about the current loyalty program, but have no reason to think it would work any differently.

You can go to the support site at https://support.cityofheroes.com and use the Ask A Question tab to submit a support ticket to ask them about it. You could also send an email to support@coh.com to ask, but you'd likely need to give more details such as Account name and other info that the AAQ form gets.

To use the support site, you will need to create a support account if you haven't created one before. It is not the same as your Master Account or Game Account, although it can use the same username and password.

EDIT: You can also use the support site's Live Chat tab to ask the question Monday through Friday between Noon and 5 PM Central. Live Help is only available for Account, Billing and Technical Support issues. It seems this would qualify as a Billing or Account issue.


If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

thanks all, even though im more certain im alright than before ill check with support tomorrow anyways cause you know itd suck to find out i fudged it at the last minute.

ill try to remember to reply with my findings in case anyone else has a similar question.
