There are always itrials going on...more so during peak hours. This weekend alone I could have sworn that that there were maybe 3 going at the same time an hour. That doesn't count MSRs, WSTs, and regular TFs.
As with anything there are people really good at leading and some not so much.
There are several channels for teaming and raids
Help is used for LFG but it's also used for help
Overall I think exalted does teaming really well

And as i understand it, RWZ is where people meet for iTrials and other things of that nature?
lol at cherrys reply. Dont forget to join exalted-united, bmt of exalted, exalted events, and vip channels. SG ran channel for exalted is OOCIC. In oocic, daily activites and weekly msrs, operation:saturdays, also a 4+billon inf event january 20th, and static teams mondays and thursdays.
for the MSRs on sundays, i wasnt able to make it to host it.
Largest and Most Active Group on Exalted! Daily Teams, events, raids, trials, task/strike forces! /chanjoin OOCIC - 7Servers, 20bases, 8 bases in top 100! - We have ventrilo and forums!

that and a lot of people moved back to their home severs because you get a lot of the " well, on bla bla server, this is how we do it".. so, sadly, a lot of things fail or dont even start because people cant play nicely.
Eh I hate just about anything branded with LucasFilms or LucasArts etc, only good SW movie was Empire Strikes Back, interestingly, the only one that wasn't directed by Lucas.
Likewise, I was going to give SWTOR a chance just because I do not like SW in general.
Virtue, my home server, is dead of game players and full of role players. ie. Cant go back there; the "((((((((((((( ))))))))))))))))))" was killing my soul.
TBH, I just want a server that isn't hard to find a team and that actually plays the damn game and not be full trolls and RMT spammers.

Dj, I would suggest creating a new character before you spend any points for a character transfer(800points?), so you can see how the server works. I listed the top channels "EXALTED-UNITED, BMT of Exalted, Exalted Events, VIP, Exalted League" to scan for teams, events, raids etc.
Most iTrials form in Rikti War Zone, high activity for the trials after 4pm Eastern.

It's sad, but things that used to take 15 - 30 minutes to form are now taking well over a hour, and that's after a lot of advertising and a lot of coaxing with billion+ INF prizes. I haven't seen more than 3 people on at a time from my global friends list of over 60 players in a while either. That's why I canceled my weekly Rikti mothership raids after three years.

Matt has a crush on you, he is acting like a 3rd grader that just got his first stiffy...
...currently am not liking the move I made from Virtue to Freedom. Seems like I went from a RP Server where no one plays, to a server of teens that spam memes where no one plays, when I am on late at night.
Whilst busy on the iTrials and TFs/SFs, complete lack of team work and coordination (still have yet to find a decent Master of MoM team that can survive past the first nightmare without rage quitting) there are zero raids forming unless I spend the effort to form them. I am wanting to move to a server that is moderately decent in both iTrials/TFs/SFs etc AND raids for Hami and Rikti.
Now I have seen the schedule for the raids, but never having set foot in Exalted, what is the TF/iTrial activity like what are somethings (if any) missing from Exalted that is present on other servers? Is the help channel actually for help or for spamming "LFG/LFT/LFM" messages?
Basically trying to find a server that is good on a bit of everything to move my farming brute and tanker to.
