Try logging out and back in to jog the database connection. Might simply be a miscommunication between the servers. Also, check in Account Management > Billing Summary. At the bottom is a history of points award dates. Should see two allotments there.

I just purchased a retail copy of Going Rogue, so I could access the incarnate/pretorian portions of the game, based on conversations with other players I was expecting to see 400 paragon points, 1 server transfer, some sort of reward merit and the one month of VIP access. So far all I have gotten is the VIP Access and Server Transfer. I am not sure if I will be getting the other items. I am not sure, but it seems like they might have changed the way they award the Paragon Points. Just a few weeks back you were able to purchase Invention License with Reward Merits so you could play with IO Sets Build as a Free Account, this is no longer available.

i don't know if the ability to purchase the IO license on live with merits ever worked - it was a leak from something they were thinking of in beta.
Unless you were already subbed, you should of got the points right away - the transfer tokens come at the first of the month regardless of when you subbed, and while some people who have had an uninterrupted sub since pre-Freedom seem to be having occasionally odd timings on it, the Reward token should be at the end of the month (based on how they have been awarding).

EDIT: Rajani may be right about the Paragon Points, but this is how it's phrased on the wiki page: "400 Paragon Points per month (or 550 per month, with Rewards Tier 8), awarded monthly on the player's renewal date..."

So, finally got my wife into the cities. She is a Premium, having spent about $30.00 so far. Tonight we tried to put $15.00 on her account so she could "Go Rogue." The first transaction looked successful, but no points. So, we tried a second card. Again, looked successful, no points. We checked the transactions online for both cards, both were charged. Is anyone else experiencing difficulties getting points awarded for Paragon Point system purchases?
