Vanity Vehicles
Ill just say as I do anytime I see a thread like this pop up, is that they could easily do some batwing type vehicles I suspect, using tech we already have in game.
What tech is that you ask?
The Nova form of the Kheldians.
Imagine if you will a device with an hour of use like the jetpacks, but instead put you in a sky raid air skiff or longboy flyer. Like the nova form it could have several blasts powers to make it useful to some extent but not game breakingly powerful.
Largely they would be mostly for flavor effect and maybe some use to twink low lvl characters( making them a craft recipe for example could be interesting) but also help them out during lvl ranges when lack of powers makes it hard to be well rounded.

They aren't going to give you half a dozen free powers like Khelds and SOA's just because you want a vehicle.

Though to be frank, as I've said before, I don't need my flying car to be able to do attacks and such before I call it 'super'. I mean if it's a reskin of rocket board that means it's a fast, flying vehicle that's immune to collisions with other vehicles, buildings, and even pedestrians (so now drunk drivers would just be punished by getting filmed and put up on youtube), and it apparently has virtually infinite fuel, requires no additional maintenance, and it's flying abilities mean it subverts conventional traffic jams and rush hour.
THAT SOUNDS PRETTY DAMN SUPER OF A VEHICLE TO ME.

I imagine depending on how Rocket Board & Flying Carpet sells we may - or may not - see ground based travel powers in the form of cars/motorcycles in the future.
Ground-based travel powers would have problems, but I just can't see the same trouble for small air-based vehicle travel powers. I know I'd pay good money to have a vanity travel power Sky Skiff with no weapons.

The only problem I foresee would be that the devs would have to find a way to sit all varieties and sizes of characters into a Sky Skiff cockpit. The "sitting" animation would be easy enough, and also the planting of the hip bones in a relative position to the cockpit seat would be simple, but the sheer SIZE of some characters would pose an issue, as a Sky Skiff really isn't the right size to fit larger characters.
So, it would probably need to be a more scaled-up Sky Skiff... and once you start having a properly-sized vehicle to fly inside, all of a sudden, it's much less of a vanity vehicle and more of a headache... which is probably why we're unlikely to see one.
On the flip side, you know how Kheldians turn into a ball of light when in "Energy Form"... perhaps, when deploying a Sky Skiff vanity power (a la Rocket Board), the hero would simply turn INTO a Sky Skiff with a closed cockpit. Can't see who's in there... but there's a name on top.
All the same power restrictions as a Rocket Board would apply, and with the Character being replaced by a Sky Skiff model, there would be no worries about animations or clipping, etc.

Let us use the Longbow variant of the sky skiff then, it has a mirrored glareshield on the cockpit so you can't see who is inside.
The problems with a motorcycle is that it's a ground vehicle and have been explained in Memphis Bills cut and paste.
... Then there's the movement issues. Motorcycles can't move sideways or strafe like characters can. Let's not forget terrain. It would look stupid to see a motorcycle swimming. ... |
Not this bike.
If I had a special motorcycle-like sufficiently advanced seated vehicle with wheels or some sort of advanced energy/plasma/photon/technobabble related technology behind it, that thing could be nothing more than the kheldian transformation type power, preventing me from attacking (because I have to keep all my arms on the bike handles or whatever) while at the same time having the exact mechanics of super speed.
Don't even pretend like the laws of physics would hold this baby back, it'd be fully capable of exceeding the expectations of any witnesses. Hell if it were the same speed as ninja run, you could create an awesome movie chase scene with the two powers.
you could have it all
My empire of dirt
I will let you down
I will make you <3

oh I'd be satisfied with almost anything, as long as there ARE animations. If I strafe left, at least make the bike lean that way. That sort of thing.

I like the idea of an emote
e/wallleansportscar.
that would be cool.
Would that satisfy OP since original request is Over Poweringly unlikely to happen.
