If you have access to another computer who already has the full game installed, just connect the two machines via LAN and copy over the game folder (with all its files) from there.

I am having the same problem, but I don't have another computer to copy the files form. Any suggestions?
Actually it is stuck on 0% at stage 4.

2 - best i can offer you is try seeing if you are being offered the "Repair" option in the NCSoft launcher.

So I just recently got a brand new laptop. I have a VIP account for this game and would really like to be able to play it on this laptop but the trouble is that the staged download that you see from the character selection screen seems to never make any progress. Stage 1 has already been completed and therefore i can use character creation and yesterday stage 2 was completed so i went ahead and created a new character to put him in tutorial to see how well the game run. Then when i got back to character selection Stage 3 was stuck at 0% and so after about 30 minutes of no progress I decided to exit the game. So i tried again today and now it's stuck at 0% on stage 2. Any ideas on how to fix this?
