Destiny opinions...
I'm thinking Rebirth for the burst heal when you need it. More then likely during some Incarnate Trial. Or Clarion for the Status protection for yourself to prevent your toggles, especially Darkest night from dropping.
Another thing to consider is your debuffs have a cap limit so Barrier would be very helpful as well for you and your pets.
I have a Dark electric defender that I went clarion because the mezzing and stuns really screws me over as I rely on Darkest Night for defenses.
Thinking out loud, Diag is helping out your defenses and covering the debuff cap by activating against mobs that might be out of the debuff cap.
So Barrier would be over kill I guess.
I am thinking Clarion if your getting stunned or mezzed.
If not then Rebirth for the nice heal when needed. You know that in between moment when you fired off Twilight and the group or your pets get hit with some big AOE and now your looking at Twilight recharging hoping to get it off before pets / team mates start dropping from another big AOE.

I was on the same boat with my EM/Nin Stalker, happy with the recharge, I have a heal, etc.
Ended up getting Rebirth mostly to help the league in iTrials, although the regen helps me solo the 54 mobs since I'm defense based and even with 100% def to all I can go down in three hits without the regen. I considered Clarion too which may be more suitable to you especially if you run the newer trials.
incandescence on a dark would help more than rebirth.
Thanks for the advice all, I'm thinking clarion for the status protection and usage on the later TF's -- which I'm actually quite fond of.
Cheers!
Hi fellas,
I've got a rather beefy Necro/Dark, perma-hasten and quite effective. The only problem is that I haven't the faintest what to put in Destiny. He's got Spiritual, Diamagnetic and Cimorians for his others, and he doesn't really have much in the way of weaknesses honestly.
Normally, I'd stuff something generically useful in place, get the 120 second recharge bit and just put it on auto and forget about it (I'm lazy and I'm not changing) but I've already got an auto with hasten...
So.. I was hoping for a occasionally useful power that I wouldn't be obliged to use all the time necessarily. Incandescence actually looks good for this, but I'm loath to play around with a league-wide teleport! I'd actually take the power in a heartbeat if it could only effect myself and my pets.
So I'm soliciting opinions from people who are in similar situations: whats worked well for you?
