There's a gate behind the building in Ouroboros that will take you to the "Echo of Galaxy City". There you can find the plaques and exploration badges for GC.

Base portals that were previously set up for Galaxy City will also take you to the Echo.

Only problem now is that GC is not on Vidiotmaps for the plaques and badges. Any ideas where I might find a list for these?

Do I have to get these in Ouroboros, or have they been moved to other zones?
