Incarnate content is one of the only things I'm aware of that you MUST be VIP to access. You can purchase access to just about everything else.

Just when I thought I was out, they pulled me back in!
I bought everything I could from the market, only to find out i need to be V.I.P. to do the incarnate stuff, I am assuming that is working as intended. If it is not please tell me what im doing wrong or didnt buy that I need to.
