Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?
Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?

Depending on your build, certain incarnate powers will put you well over the regen cap such as Rebirth Destiny power, so I'd go for Ageless or Barrier instead. As for your Alpha slot, Spiritual will probably be the best as that'll help both your recharge and regen. If you're still feeling a bit squishy the Diamagnetic Core Flawless Interface has a 100% chance for a 5% ToHit debuff; it's not fantastic but it does make a notable difference. Hope that helps.

I just posted a mid range build for a regen to get some feedback in the Scrapper forum this morning look at it as I am pretty confident it will get you some ideas for how to slot regen. I couldn't see any better way without purple sets. The regen with instant healing up is around 1730% +/- and without IH up it is around 750% +/-. That should be very survivable for you.

I'm working on a Street Justice/Regen Brute, mostly for theme because I'm not a huge numbers guy. But I know that Regen isn't good with burst damage. Without doing billions in Inf for the build, I want him to be fun but effective.
Are there any attacks I should concentrate on to help with mitigation?
Other than Tough what Pool Powers should I be thinking about?
I plan on pursuing all the Accolades that boost HP since this will aid Regen. Is it worth it to do this early on? Is there a min level to get Accolades?
