If you find one, let me know. I've been asking for that (for purchased/earned slots, of course).

Considering the price of a server transfer, I'd assume that if such a feature was ever implemented, its price probably would have to be so high that just buying a new server slot would be the more reasonable alternative anyway.

Subscribe for a month. That will grant you the full number of slot unlocks. When you drop back to Premium after it expires all slots should be locked and you will get unlock tokens to unlock any you want up to the limit of 2+number purchased+any granted via length of subscription.

Its up to you as to whether you use them to unlock a slot with a character already in it or an empty slot.

Note this will only work if you haven't already allocated the full number of slots to that server whilst VIP

Once a global slot has been unlocked on a server, it is apparently locked to that server. While going VIP then dropping down will "unlock" that slot's placement, it is still server-only.
