Oh. I thought this thread was going to be about monkeys.

I'm beginning to think that the Green badge is harder to get than Loves A Challenge.

Oh definitely! It takes... omg, movement! A good emp or pain and people who actually listen (don't attack terminals) can get you Loves a Challenge. We did both together on Thursday I think. Was a league of 12, which is imo the way to go. Also had one of the people stand way back, so he diverted green from us a few times which was kind of cool.

I still wish the Obliteration beam had a stronger visual indicator. Its audio works well (depending on your sound system... I know I could tell when it was off to my left or right), but it's too thin. Other powers obscure it (hello Rebirth, a quite likely Destiny for people to be sporting on that Trial), and people flying should not make it harder to see. Not sure why they haven't tried to change it up more: it's a common complaint.

One curious question, something I noticed on last night's run. Why do you have people clear terminals on the top and middle only, rather than the bottom? Is there some merit there over the bottom rung, or is it just a personal preference thing?

Personally I would like to do bottom and top, but other people on Victory were leading it with top and middle, so in order for people to not be confused, I do top and middle as well. Then people only have 1 set of stairs to go between at least. And it is easier to pull off top and middle which is a plus (start at top, taunt, jump to 2nd, taunt, jump down). It's also good to direct people to 6 specific terminals so that the power cells are not spread out willy nilly.

Oh, you certainly want to narrow it down to two levels, with the new requirements (which I love, by the way... I think you could possibly get away without a personal heal on the new setup). I was just curious about why the top and middle over the bottom and the middle. Consistency makes sense there.

That's what I try to do; with about 2 - 5 seconds left on the timer, I have already got my last attack in and moved far enough away to a) see the entire area to see where the oblit beam will actually be hitting and b) (hopefully) be targetted so it's nowhere near where someone will turn into a statue for whatever reason.

Still hasn't snagged me a badge for it

Once the scrapper can actually finish off the Keyes stuff, I got far more useful things to bring to other Keyes runs.
Watch timer
+ Don't use long-animation attacks ANYWHERE NEAR 5 seconds on counter
+ LOOK before you leap
+ Don't use travel powers
= 100% successful Greens badge every time

I've already forgotten about most of you

Also curious... what if 5 people that were good movers all got incandescence and we took turns tping... Could be interesting if we kept a strict schedule of who was tping when!

So after months and a number of failed attempts I finally got MoKeyes thanks to MP (of course) and the league that put on an awesome show! I look forward to helping with my tank or emp in future runs and hopefully more successful Mo runs. And I know I'm still alittle behind but that put me at 1289 badges :-)
Thanks again everyone
