These are from the Celestial set that's currently in the tier-9 VIP veteran rewards. Once you unlock them, they appear as backpacks under the back details category. However, since you can't buy them in the store, they don't appear in costume creator at all unless they've been unlocked.
They are part of the Celestial set, which is bought with reward points by Tier 9 VIPs.

I think what you're seeing is the "Celestial" costume set. It is (or was...I haven't looked recently) the Tier 9 VIP reward. Post a picture and one of us could tell you for sure.

I love the Celestial set, and it probably won't be available much longer as the Vet reward... though I'd be very surprised if they didn't eventually make it available again somehow at a later point.
My problem is that I'd like it on both accounts, but while my 2nd account is now T9... if I wanted to buy it right now it would be a significant money investment. Which I might have already done if it weren't the Christmas season. (And my car tabs are due in December too, bleah!)
Still considering it though.

I just hope they give us a little warning before changing to another set of T9 rewards. I might just plunk down the cash if I have no other choice.

Word on when the Celestial set will be rotating out is pretty much this:
- There's another Tier 9 VIP set, "Fire and Ice" coming in the next couple of months -- possibly the same time as the next issue.
- Once Fire and Ice is available, we'll get a date for when Celestial will be coming down. We'll get some warning, and for at least a few weeks, both sets will be available.
- Once Celestial goes away, it'll go "into the Disney vault," meaning it will be back at some point, but nobody knows when or for how long.
FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.

Hey guys,
Need a little help with this one. I've seen a few toons running around with what looks like flat crescents or metal panels attached (or maybe floating?) to their backs that stickup up above the shoulderline creating a very cool effect where the head looks framed by metal horns or metal flames. I've looked in the costume creator and in the Paragon Store but I cannot find this item. The one player I asked said that he bought it but didn't know what set it had come from.
Does this sound familiar to anyone or do I have to finally turn in my 'Sane' certification?
