On phase 4 I've also started pulling the AV to the statue spawn points. This seems to work nicely because it puts the all the people and AOEs in place before Shalice spawns and usually is range of one of the nightmare bosses. Tank taunts over the remaining boss spawns to use when needed.

Except if someone just jumps in "trying to get into position" like what happened the last time I tried this trial. People were still buying inspirations.

I start each trial with instructions to purchase Wakies and gather on me, Then stand off the the side away from Des. It may not stop someone from jumping the gun but its makes the guilty more obvious. Repeat at each phase.

Oh, it was clearly obvious who jumped the gun. I was watching the portal with everyone behind me.

The player in question assumed that, like other portals, you had to click on it. Even though they were asked to wait behind me (I was between the portal and the inspiration vendor), that clearly didn't happen.

Perhaps then it would be advantageous to explain the trial and get inspirations before actually launching it. Both commonly used starting zones have inspiration vendors nearby. That way, even if you have a false start, people should have enough wakies, etc. For later phases, people will have had the experience of how the portals work and will be less likely to accidentally run in.

Before the trial starts, I always tell people; "Don't talk to Des, only leader should. I say when we go, if you go before I say go, you get kicked. Worked like a charm"

By the way, the timer of the final fight 3:00, not 2:30

that definately works, but I've always tried to make my overall strategy to use tactics that don't require certain powers as much as possible, its hard enough getting people to not jump into the portal, as Globe mentioned, let along getting powers fired off by certain players in a 5 second window lol. Shouting MOOOOOVE at them is far easier from experience...

OK, lots of people are still complaining about MoM, but when done right, this can be a very easy trial.

-You are gonna need heals and rezs to do this. Unless you have the biggest revive and a break free, wait until someone else rezs you.

- If you are gonna revive, wait until you are in a storm void so you don't get WTF pwned by the psi damage.

- Oranges! They can help with purple patches and with the psi damage in the storm. They last for 90 seconds. That should keep you going until you begin to get constant eye of the storms.

- Always have someone pulling the eye of the storms to you. Even if you don't get Yin in them, you can have your squishies stand in them and avoid the psi damage.

-Move Yin. The center of the room seems to be the best place for her to get storm voided. Once she is where you want her, box her in.

-Purple patches. Watch the timer and move well out of range.

With a couple dozen PUGs, players still don't get this strategy even after explanations, demonstrations, and warnings.
