Is low level pvp an option on Freedom, or anywhere?

Hi,

I'm effectively new (been away 5 years, no money, no friends to get money from, have a few random toons of various types below level 20 on Freedom). I like pvp in pretty much any game, and I'm trying to gauge if there is any point in my trying to do it so late in the game when I have no resources to draw upon...

1) Is there any pvp at lower levels?

2) Can I expect to be able to create some type of character (below level 20) and actually enjoy pvp? Will I just get creamed unless I take specific types of characters with specific powersets?

3) What levels do most people play pvp at?

1) sirens sometimes -- all ppl who play here use twinked toons though

2) absolutely not unless you bring people to fight against. low level pvp is basicly nonexistent (sirens call (25-30 i think? maybe 20) is an anomaly). Beside being no one to fight, a lvl 20 fighting against a lvl 50 exempted down fully IO'd wouldnt even be a challenge.

3) lvl 50 - RV and arena

The one of the biggest problems is there is no incentive to pvp or goals in pvp in this game (deathmatch, which is all thats in this game, is not really a goal). If there was a reward for doing stuff that would help the barren wasteland alot. Also mechanic and power balance too.. but lets not get our hopes up - again

Unless you want to get into the high end pvp and pretend to play in one of the leagues that falls apart a few weeks in, i suggest finding a game with pvp that is actually officially supported. This game's pvp could be 100 x greater then what it is if only it had backing from nc soft when it comes to them organizing leagues, tourneys, etc with actual prizes (ingame/out of game whatever --- yellow titles dont count, who da ef cares bout that). If they need a list of prizes Id be more then happy to present them with some. DISCLAIMER -- im not trying to say one or two reps dont try, but in all reality, they dont try hard enough or their bosses are crippling them in their efforts

You can always run low level tourneys in arena - level 4 can be pretty fun - or if you want create a level 20 tourney or what ever level you want. If you are talking zone pvp then Bloody Bay is really your only option but even then with the changes to what powers are availabe in sub rv pvp zones your are really talking about level 25 ish..

honestly though a level 50 is 6 hours and 5 dollars away if you strick pvp toon...grinding for the accos and incarnates sux but otherwise you can build a meat shield or stalker or fotm and still have fun.
