Dark/Storm Help.
Hi there.
I don't have Mids at work, but I'll try to help you out when I get home. My fav Defender is Storm/Dark, so I think I might be able to give you a few hints.
One thing you haven't tried apparently is the combo Dark Pit + Thunder Clap. Neither of those powers alone do do much, but when you put them together you can stun everything short of an EB. That's how good it is - especially on lower levels.

Not trying to push my builds on anyone.
But I would suggest getting close to range defense cap and then get low 20s with Melee and AOE and let hurricane do the rest via hit debuff. Hit debuff is a bit iffy because it can be resisted. But for everyday game play it should be fine.
I would go over to the defender forum and look at my Storm Sonic Build and try to mirror it on this side working in your ideas where needed. But I think it will give you some insight and ideas to work with. Its not the end all be all. But I was given some good advice on changing it up and I think it pointed me in a better direction.

I don't really have time to go over your build but I will post mine for the benefit of understanding frankenslotting to a point. Now, this is a defender so I was less interested in defense and more about offense but it could be adapted for a corruptor. To be honest, I was planning on building a corr version of this eventually anyway but it would take me a bit to come up with something. This is my main's build. It's inexpensive, probably not as optimized as I would like but for a defender, it works very well and I don't see why it wouldn't work even better on a corr. It isn't built for just defense or recharge or even full damage but a bit of everything.
With hurricane, don't always rely on it's debuff. The reason being is that, especially while teaming, there is a time and place for it and it's more situational then people think. I prefer flank attacks while circling groups, herding them when possible.

I am a returning player from years back dusting off a dark/storm corruptor. She is getting ready to hit 36 and I am trying to come up with a build for her. Thing is I have no clue what I am doing. So I downloaded Mids and tinkered around with a possible build knowing the whole time I was screwing it up. Thought I might get some feedback here and see what help I could get. I mainly team with her. I love the combo of Tentacles and Nightfall all the while Freezing Rain pouring down. I do also solo a bit but I can always work out a solo build unless someone might want to help me with one of those as well. I am finding with the movement of stamina to an inherent pool that I have trouble finding enough powers to take. Anyway, the build:
