Your price is too high with the recent price drop speculation, imo. I personally foresee PVP uniques (Panacea, SW, Glad Armor) dropping down to around the 1 billion mark within a month as a standard selling price.
Edit: And also, your thread title is confusing. Alignment Merit roll, pulling PVP IO's? What? Seemed to me like you were referring to the "random roll" at first.

Wasn't trying to argue with you, just explaining that it'd be reasonable for some people to be unwilling to invest in an IO that will likely (in the opinion of myself and presumably others) be dropping soon.
