Degeneration Interface Needs to Work vs AVs

Really, the -Max HP is almost pointless against anything less than an AV or Monster...the -200 hp against bosses doesn't result in much more than a change in fight duration of 1 or 2 seconds...minions and lts have too few HPs to even notice

the only time this thing could shine would be against High HP enemies....and it doesn't work against them....

I have to agree on the effectiveness of the -MaxHP. I tested it on a CoH Boss and it only reduced the HP by 50. And that was only for a few seconds, then the effect was gone.

I know the Devs need to be careful to avoid abuse... but... come on. This is being way too cautious. Either the effect needs to be more dramatic... so we actually see a difference during that few seconds... or they need to make the effect last longer and improve it's ability to stack (both with itself and others).

The amount is actually fine...at Tier 3, I can reliably take around 200 HP off a boss (75% proc chance)....apparently it will continue to stack with other players....a team of 8 could conceivably hit around -96% max HP...assuming minions could live long enough for that

increasing the amount won't see any dramatic effect on minions through bosses because they already die so fast that -Max HP doesn't really matter

My complaint is that the -Max HP doesn't work at ALL on the types of enemies that it would actually matter against

The only thing that would make -Max HP effective against Bosses, Lts and Minions is too increase the hit points of those enemies to an extreme level...which is stupid

-Max HP is a tool that really only makes sense for Archvillains, Monsters and Giant Monsters, and that's because they last longer than thirty seconds and have enough hit points to for -Max HP to matter

but it's NOT working on them

Degenerative's -maxhp is supposed to work against AVs and above, although it caps at -150 hp per stack, making it several times weaker than Reactive. Or maybe that hasn't made it out of beta yet? In which case, it WILL SOON work against AVs and above, so wish granted I guess.

Degenerative's -hp is almost exactly as useful as Reactive's -res against normal enemies, whether minions or bosses. Neither is dramatic. Unfortunately, the cap at -150 makes it proportionally WEAKER against the targets which you would most want the debuff for.

(Seriously, who named these things? Every time I hear about something from the Incarnate system it's always got some jaw-droppingly awful name.)
