Base is about 1500 and max is a little over 3200, so you're just getting started. Whether or not it's good depends on what you're trying to do.

2,000 isn't bad for Fire or SR.
It's a little low for Shield or WP.

What is a strong hp on my brute i have it around 2000 is that decent or not?
|
2000 is decent, but hardly great, and possibly pretty low for certain sets.
For instance, my SS/WP Brute has 2550+ HP, and my SS/Inv has 3000+ (with
Dull Pain up).
Unless I missed it, I didn't see where you told us what type of Brute you have,
so it's somewhat problematic to assess whether 2000 is good or not - I'd guess
it's a bit below average, and significantly low compared to the two Brutes I have
actual experience with...

@four speed Claws/wp brute any sets you think i can get to help out i would appreciate it dont have purple money so thats out eveyrthing else is up for grabs i have hit at 33% s/l as of now.
For a /wp, 2000 hp seems pretty low (my ss/wp has over 2500). I'm guessing you do not have accolades, so start working on those, that's a big chunk of health. Also, High Pain Tolerance is generally best slotted for healing instead of resists.
Likewise, my Claws/WP has 2500. Remember, more HP means more Regen.

That does seem quite low for a Claws/WP.
Some things you can do:
* Accolades - There are some that add HP notably: Invader, High Pain Threshold,
and Born in Battle that you should work towards- ParagonWiki can give you details.
* Powers: HPT and RTTC are important. The first adds to Max Health, and the
second is plus Regen, which is based on total HP. Slotting those will make a notable
difference.
* Sets: Apart from the first two points, which you can do easily, IO's are the way to
increase HP - but obviously they cost inf. Numinas, LotGs, Scirrocco's Dervish
are great for Regen.
Numinas, Regenerative Tissue, Efficacy Adaptor, and several of the Attack and
Resistance sets can all add to Max Health.
Obviously, Numina, Miracle and Regenerative Tissue procs can make a big difference also.
In terms of inf, you'll need to take some steps to afford these. Contrary to popular
belief, it's not as difficult as most folks seem to think, but it will require some
effort and knowledge of the Market.
If you're willing to do that, there are some helpful guides in the market section
(including the one in my signature) that can help you with that.
Initially though, I'd start with the first two points, especially if you're a bit Market-shy.
Also, fooling around with your toon in the Mid's planner will give you a good
idea of what's achievable, and what sets would help - best of all, you can do it
for free there...

Sets to look into:
Eradication: You should be slotting this set anyway for the E/N defense bonus. Slot 4 of them and you get a 2.25% Max HP bonus (which is the largest bonus available in a non-purple set). You can put 2 of them in your build, maybe 3 if you take Spring Attack.
Devastation: Can be slotted in Focus or an APP ranged attack. I believe the max HP bonus is at 3 slots in this one, meaning you can slot 3 Thunderstrike for the 2.5% E/N defense and 3 Devastation for the 2.25% max HP bonus. Also, the 2 slot bonus is a tasty 12% regen bonus.
Numina's Convalescence: 3 slot bonus is 1.88% max HP (another set you should be slotting anyway, you can fit 3 sets on your build easily, and the 2 slot bonus is 12% regen)
Luck of the Gambler: Another set that should already be in your build. It has a max HP bonus at 3 slots.
Kinetic Combat: 3 slot bonus is a max HP bonus. You can slot at least 3 in your build if you took Strike, Slash, and Follow Up (and why would you skip any of those attacks?)
And above all else: Did you slot High Pain Tolerance for healing or resistance? If you slotted it for resistance, your max HP will be low because the HP boost is the most important part of what HPT does. 300 more HP is a helluva lot more useful than 4% resistance.
Post a Mid's build and people can help you a little easier.

The magic wiki page:
http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Inventio...hancement_Sets
99% of my time on the wiki is spent there planning builds.
One thing I've noticed about the set IOed builds folks present here is that I rarely see more than 3 or 4 from any given set in a power. It is usually three from one and three from another, or four + two. The lesson seems to be that there aren't very many sets with 5/6-slot bonuses worth going for.
NOR-RAD - 50 Rad/Rad/Elec Defender - Nikki Stryker - 50 DM/SR/Weap Scrapper - Iron Marauder - 50 Eng/Eng/Pow Blaster
Lion of Might - 50 SS/Inv/Eng Tanker - Darling Nikkee - 50 (+3) StJ/WP/Eng Brute - Ice Giant Kurg - 36 Ice/Storm Controller
Unless you're going for recharge, where most sets have recharge at 5 and 6 slots.
