In case it's not clear, I was wondering how I might be able to go back to a German client. I don't want to have to change my keybinds again.
Major, this is just my take on your dilema: if your game is working great and is in English finally, it will probably continue that way for a long time. If it were me, I'd bite the bullet and redo my binds to English. You might also take an extra step, as I did a while back. All of the keybinds/macros I use all the time are saved on my Windows notepad. If they drop or if I create a new character, I just copy/paste ingame. Sure saves a lot of typing. (You might also want to save the ones you have right now to notepad, just in case.) Hope you can get what you want with as little hastle as possible.

MajorDecoy, if you want to set your Launcher to German, in the Launcher go to File->Settings and then to the Advanced tab and make sure the Region is set to either "North America" or "Europe" and the Language set to "German".
This should make the Launcher start the game with the German language options.
The language has been set to German. I've reset this option a number of times with changing EU and North America, and every time the NC launcher starts up again, it's still English and the game still launches in English.
You could try deleting or renaming the addcache.xml file in your CoH folder.

I assume the game was installed with admin rights either before upgrading to Win7 or Vista or after having allowed the installer to elevate privileges.
These priileges allow write access to the Program Files folder and other protected locations.
If you don't allow privilege elevation when running the game then it won't be able to write to that folder and Windows behaviour is to save the changes to a local copy leaving the original unchanged. If the game picks up the value from the original locations you will see the old values.

When the new NCSoft launcher came out, I downloaded it and, for whatever reason, the default language was set to German. I was fine with that, the game still launched with the NA client and I played in English.
When Freedom launched, the game started playing with the German client. All of my keybinds broke, but it wasn't a problem. I reset my keybinds and got used to playing with the German client.
Today's update has me back on an English client, and I really don't feel like resetting my keybinds again. I have a lot more characters now. I downloaded the EU client, but that's still playing in English, despite having the default language set as German still.
