Interesting. I can corroborate this. I see only the SG explores and 3 SG heal badges as well. I'm missing badges like Supercomputer, Mega Monitor Plans, Fusion Generator Plans, Benedict DRx Turret Plans, etc.
I've petitioned this; I recommend everyone else who sees the same petition as well. It looks like this was also noticed this weekend in this thread:

They need closest to completion on super group badges... That's not in there...

I know of at least 3 other SGs who are missing this same subset of SG badges. For what it's worth I petitioned for each of those SGs with characters I have in those SGs in just to add more fuel to this fire. Hopefully it won't take too long to fix.

Same problem here, I am going to make a report in game.
So with the latest patch and the changes to the badge interface I noticed that most of the Supergorup badges have vanished from the interface. When I look under the various Supergroup Badge sections I only see badges or progress bars for the SG Exploration Badges and the SG Healing Badges. Now this isn't a huge issue, I can still build things like a Supercomputer and Mega Monitors so the badges are apparently still there they just aren't showing up.
Has anyone else noticed this?
