I had a similar problem and sent a tell to Guyperfect. Here was his response:

We've recently been encountering difficulties between certain Windows Updates and Avast! antivirus processes getting in the way of Sentinel's activities. Additionally, if Sentinel's networking fails for whatever reason, a design flaw in some third-party software we're using will cause it to enter an endless loop and hang around in memory forever. These inconveniences are being looked into. Make sure no instances of Sentinel are running, delete tracker.dat (which contains user settings), and try again from scratch. If it still doesn't work, try temporarily disabling any antivirus software you may be using to see if it's triggering any false positives. |

Overlord of Dream Team and Nightmare Squad
Ever since issue 21 I can't get this program to recognize that I'm playing, which of course means I can't export my characters for Mids. I tried downloading the latest Mids (1.952) and Sentinel (0.94e) but it still doesn't work.
I don't see any installation instructions but I never had any problems running them in the past. Any ideas?
