First Ward: Can you bring me up to speed?

I have kind of ignored First Ward (well, actually, praetoria for the most part). I have done the new GM event, but that is it in the First Ward.

Now I am thinking I should jump in and at least know what everyone else is experiencing. Is there anyone willing to give me a few quick pointers?

Here are a few things that would help:
1) Remind me how to get there.
2) Who are the contacts and where do I find them?
3) What lvl is it for?
4) Anything else that isn't intuitive?

1) You can get to First Ward through Imperial Underground. There's now a portal to the Underground in Talos (north of Arena) and Cap (SE pier).
2 & 3) the level range is something like 20-30, and if you're in that range, you'll have a contact outside the above portals who will direct you further.
4) haven't done enough of it to say.

If you've outleveled the arcs, you can pick them up in Ouro.

the cool thing about using Oro is that they are numbered so you can be sure to do the story in sequence. the first three are a bit creepy, I like them.

Be sure to either do them solo or with a slow team so you can read the story. It is very much worth it.

there are a few bits of the story that are not available via Oro. Specifically the intro arc lets you talk to Jester as you arrive and he has some cool things to say. Plus the explanation of the shadow paths. So you might want to run a level 20-30 character through the introduction before you bring a character to flashback all of the stories.
