Ice/Time, slotting on Time
Here's what I've got for my Ice/Time, and she's pretty amazingly indestructible about 99% of the time. On the last keyes I did I was one of the people assigned to sit in the bunker and keep the warworks busy so that people grabbing power cells wouldn't be interrupted by getting hit. I sat in that bunker fighting constantly from start of tower till it was shut down, on my own, and never died. Oh, and once I get Apocalypse and Ragnarok for my two purple sets I'll have perma-Chronoshift.
P.S. My personal preference for Destiny is the radial Clarion line. Power Boost -> Radial Clarion -> Farsight = near/over incarnate cap defense, and you also have your -tohit aura to help as a debuff buffer.

I've played /Time on a MM before and pretty much thought I had it nailed for that toon. She ended up being iTrial softcapped to almost everything by 50 and a recharge of over 180%. Being a MM, however, that much Recharge just went to fuel my secondaries, so I took all of them just so I'd have something to do while my Bots did their thing.
I replicated this approach on my Ice/Time Corrupter but, as you obviously realize from your own build, a Corrupter playstyle is much more active than a MM's. Those wonderful blasts give you lots to do during battle. So I instead adopted your build almost verbatim, doing a total respec at 43 to confirm to your own.
By 48, you are softcapped Ranged, AoE, Energy and NegEnergy and 42% to everything else but Psi (which is around 40%).
This gal tanks, herds and kills like a machine. Run into a room right through the spawns, TJ is great at aggro'ing the critters, then run around a corner. Drop Distortion Field as the AI makes everyone pile up right in front of you. You are perfectly safe while dodging all their attacks. Then Aim + Ice Storm + Blizzard and the spawns minions are all dead with Lieuts just barely alive on a +4/x8. Even with all your toggles dropping, just pop a blue skittle and you'll be safe while getting re-toggled up. When Blizzard finishes, drop Ice Storm a second time and then debuff the remaining bosses and go to work on them.
That said, I've found a few minor tweaks that I think improves on this build:
Your level 44 and 47 picks (Time Stop and Freeze Ray) are really optional. Hey, I'm not knocking a hold, but they are really not needed all that much for this build. Good for locking down those wolves that like to run off or Holding a Sapper, but you aren't getting hit by anything personally and since I'm always gathering up the critters to drop a snowstorm on their heads, I seldom pay attention to any specific one to hold anyways. YMMV on these picks.
Instead of the Flight pool, I swapped out Combat Jumping for Hover from the Leaping pool, and then Super Speed for Fly. Since I now had both Hasten + SS from the Speed pool, I picked up Burnout at level 44. I took Conserve Power at 47. Both remain single slotted, but with high recharge and dropping an enh booster Burnout is up about every other spawn now. I also fitted enh boosters into Hasten so it could remain 2-slotted, and threw that extra slot into Blizzard. Blizzard now gets the full 6-pack of Corrupter AIO for the higher Recharge and Defense set bonus than I was getting with 5-slotted Posi's.
What this means is I can grab one group, lock them down with Distortion, then Conserve Power + Aim + IS + Blizz, pop a blue skittle, re-toggle and then before Blizzard is even done raining down, run grab ANOTHER spawn, bring them to my first one (Distortion Field hasn't run out yet, and by this time I'm recovering Endurance on my own again), hit Burnout and rinse/repeat. Chaining Ice Storm + Blizzard like that is just jaw-dropping awesome. I've had many tanks on my team ask for my (your) build as they've never seen this done so quickly before. I've also done this a few times on SLAMs when we got overwhelmed by Adds and the results were equally astonishing.
Yes, you can herd with /Dark /Rad and even /Storm on other corrupter builds. I love Corrs and have one in almost every flavor. But I think most people overlook the synergy between Ice and Time and don't realize that TJ is an aggro magnet, flooring ToHit and reducing Damage from the critters while Distortion also lowers their recharge at the same time. This combo + set bonuses for defense (easy to get as shown in the build you provided) plus ultra-high recharge from those same set bonuses makes for one fast build, if a bit end-heavy and clicky. Cardiac covers the END, however, and you've got CP (with my choices) for lengthy AV battles.

With my resubscribe to the game I am looking for something new so I am interested in the new shiny that is /Time. I have worked up a tentative cheap build (I have almost every IO already) for S/L/E softcap along with Perma Hasten and almost Perma Chrono.
The main issue I have is slotting with /Time, mine gets the job done but I have no experience with the set. Slotting levels are not as they will be leveling up, mainly just threw them together to get the build worked up. Any help would be appreciated.
