Don't know if it will help or not, but PvP IOs are like purples - their set bonuses and procs exemplar down with a character.

When is the last time you heard this in Atlas. "We can't just let them mug her. We have to fight them." Seriously. You know how many hellions are in AP?... By KR and the Atlas Safeguard she was starting to get the swing, but can still pull mobs from anywhere.
Thanks Adeon. That worked really well, and I really appreciate it. This character will be slow leveled since I am using it to duo the story arcs with my wife's new character. Having another 3% def across the board is seriously important. This Scrapper is working overtime.
