You can attach all that stuff to the email.

Put your global email (@yourgnamehere) in the recipient field, drag the item you want to send into the attachments box, put something (anything) in the body of the e-mail and send it.
You can then claim it later on any of your characters. Unclaimed items in e-mail vanish after 60 days, so don't wait too long before logging in the intended character and claiming the item(s).
