In the options menu, there's an option to hide all unclaimable items. If you enable that, you'll be able to claim all without problems.
Premium accounts can't edit signatures.

Anyone know if there is a way to get Claim all to work if you have level 50 Incarnate rewards in there?
I find it incredibly aggravating that now after years they've finally added a claim all function and then the moment you unlock any Incarnate costume parts it all goes out the window. =/
