street justice willpower brute need set advice

hey all, i currently have a StJ/wp brute and nee some info on what sets i should go for, i've only ever made chars that are solo and never really that great beyond that, i have a basic build that i'm running atm and its doing well, if anyone could help me out i would be greatful, i'll provide the build i made for myself, for reference:

As a StJ/WP brute player you have combat readiness FAR too late pick it at 4, Grab fly at 22 since you have ninja run, slot CR for recharge and to-hit, you WILL be hitting that number key a LOT.

hmm ok, wasn't what i was asking, but thanks for the input, i'm after what i should go for in terms of IO sets, cause well i've never had a lvl 50 char before and this one looks to be my first one so i'd like some tips or advice or whatever.

How is he supposed to pick a power at 4 that doesn't open up until level 6?
