They're not. Whoever posted that on their Facebook page most likely did so in error.

So i seen on the facebook page that titan weapons was on test, however, i have not seen the store opened on test as of yet, im quite excited to see what kind of set this fairs on the game physically, in terms of playstyle, so my question is, if anyone has any new recent info on this will be greatly appreciated, i just want to know when and if they are on test yet so i can try it out, many thanks
