Actually, in the case of Street Justice it's been like a week, but your point is taken.
Powers, costumes, emotes- the general rule should be if it's unlocked for your account, it's available in AE.
We STILL don't have EATs in the AE

I've been making an AE arc that reallllly needs StJ. So far, I've been forced to use Martial Arts, and it's just not the same.

So its been a month and a half so far and Beam Rifle, Time Manipulation and Street Justice haven't yet been added to the AE.
I've got custom enemy groups that would just love Beam Rifle but I can't make them yet as the set's not available.
