Buff Durations

1) Is there any way to get a timer on specific abilities? (esp. T9s.)
2) How soon does the icon start flashing, exactly?

herostats can keep track of buff timers

and i hate the blinking and turned it off but i think its approx 15 sec before the power expires (herostats still does a better job at keeping track of timers lol)

Hero Stats?

herostats is a 3rd party program that makes it very easy to track thing such as xp/min inf/min ect as well as buff timers. it can also track what drops you had during the play session
