Looks a bit end heavy, but I think you can pull it off for less than 1 billion.
I'd take the def LotG out of Defelction (since you're over cap by ~2% for melee already) and put in a LotG 7.5 recharge to get your 5th.

I've gotten all of mine from farming AE points and rolling for Gold class recipes. I'm actually sitting on a couple to build my DM/SR guy some day. Once you get def cap, you should be find to steamroll some farming instances! You'll have the pieces in no time -- and in the mean time, you'll get other set recipes while trying to get the 7.5s.

You can also get them very cheap with alignment merits. I forget if it's one or two for a lotg, but it't very cheap, especially since you can get a hero merit in 30 mins or less if you run the signature story arc for VIPs.
That definitely works, and yeah, it is like 2 merits an a million inf or something. I think it is more worth getting the Glad 3% +Def for 30 merits though. AE farming gets you money, and AE tickets for the rolls. Not to mention selling the recipes you don't need.
I looked at it as an win/win. I get money and recipes, and when enough money is generated, you can fill out the rest of your pieces that you didn't roll for.
The 2 3% pieces are a huge help in end cost, as you can drop maneuvers, and slot for some end recovery/cost.

the rectified reticles provide typed defense, /sd is a positional defense set. Meaning they're not adding anything to the build. (They're not particularly cheap, either).

They also provide 0.94 melee defense, but youre indeed right i dont need them anymore. Will see how i will make use of those slots then.

Cause of the above suggestions i made some changes. I have a bit more end reg. I use a bit less end. I have a little more hp and i can use build up alot more. So all in all a very good remark. Reworked build below.

You'll benefit more from a standard heal IO (or numi heal, or miracle heal) in place of the harmonized proc in health.
Here's another take on your build, I'm not sold on spring attack due to its 2min base recharge, but it fits well thematically so I left it in there. One less attack to slot would open up some more slotting options, though. I lost 20 hp and a little regen, recharge improved (+17%), recovery also improved. Cost may be a little higher thanks to the oblits, fewer lotg enhancements should balance that a bit. I dropped maneuvers for OwtS.

Will have to compare them a bit more. I was however adviced on the tanker forum to be carefull with obliteration set. Since they have very little end reduction. on other side they are in attacks that indeed are used only once each 30 sec so a bit less important to tone their endcost down?
I recently returned to the game, i have a somewhat io'd firetank and tried to rework him but that did not went to well. I got some very nice suggestions however.
Taking does into account i also reworked my scrapper who come from the ages before inherent stamina.
I came up with the following build.
My question are:
Is it generally an ok build
Will i run into end problems?
I dont know all the prices yet. Is this an affordable build? Meaning hunderds of millions not billions
Do you have suggestions?
I build mostly for aoe. I have capped defense in melee range and aoe.
The intend is to slot most powers that have luck of the gamblers out of the build and just usual crafted io or frankenslotting and replace them as i can afford them.
