Rocketboard attack(s)

Not sure how the game is coded. Was thinking X Y Z axis. What i am talking about is exactly like standing on ground higher than another piece of ground. When you hit Fly or Hover, that does not animate, it just gives you control over Z axis. The animation is mostly coded in, we see it with the Rocketboard, just need to customize that. The attack animations are already coded in, by my design you are standing on a piece of ground you control, and the animations will be you, standing on ground.

We can't car or blimp surf. We can't ride in a moving boat. The Rocketboard acts as a costume part and not an independent object we are standing on.

Because of that your character is stuck in a non standard stance, turned at the hips relative to your shoulders and head. Because of that neither of the starting stances for an attack animation is attainable. It's not the same as Power Slide, which is simply yet another Sprint, because you don't shift back into a neutral stance when you stop moving.

Now an idea, not knowing anything about how their animations work, to have you square your hips with your shoulders when you stop moving so you are now facing in the same direct as your feet, with the board perpendicular to you, which would put you into the normal on the ground stance. Still attacks that use the legs would look silly.

I just want to point out that the Rocket Board is faster than Fly. Fly is speed capped out of the gate (58ish mph). Rocket Board does not obey the Fly Speed Maximum.

The animation/stance problem has consistently been a stumbling block, and given the prevalence of "free" flight powers already in the game which *do* allow you to attack, it is the more likely reason you can't attack while on the Rocketboard.
