Did you have the 90 month badge before I21 hit on 9/13/11? If you only had the 87 month badge your starting number should be 36.

At most your old Vet Reward time should have got to the 87 month mark. So 37.

Number of years: 7
Number of Veteran badges at the launch of Freedom head start: 29 (89/3, round down)
That means, before anything else, at the launch you should have had 38 Tokens.
Then everyone got (or were supposed to get) Septembers token early, so that brings you to 39.
Then you bought points.
First purchase should give you a token: 40
If you purchased a total of 1200 (or more) points - your post isn't very clear on what you bought specifically - that would be another token: 41
As to when you should get your next token, I can't answer. And there isn't an easy way for you to figure out. Maybe Support/Billing can look it up for you... But I am fairly certain your next token shouldn't arrive until about October 23rd-ish.
So, by my math, you are only short 1 token. And, if your points purchase was recent / or even during posting this, it might show up the next time you log out and in.
So I am at least one token short or I haven't gotten this month's token yet.
I thought it was one for having an account and one more for applying any code from an expansion like GR or CoV, maybe I misread it.
